I had ordered Mobile from naaptol, Model: Spice Stellar Glamour MI-436 Blue. Naaptol Delivered wrong product. I made complaint with naaptol. complain No. 5130297 date 3rd oct-2013, i called 7-8 times, but no response. I paid Rs 6048 including delivery.

Complainant's Goal: Receive original ordered product within 7 days.
