Above are the order details. Since it is clearly stated above as Sony 4GB Pendrive Micro Vault Click where as I have received Sony 4GB Pendrive Micro Vault (these two are different versions the click version is different from the normal one).
On calling I was attended by Mr.Rajesh who conveyed me that a person from Naaptol would personally come & provide the stated replacement. After few days receiving no response I again called cust support again. This time I was attended by Mr. Nirmal Shrikant (could not hear the first name properly) To whom conveyed the same but he conveyed to me that I have personally send the package & then after the wrong product is assessed as wrong then they will resend the product. Well the purpose of sending it back as stated by him was to access the product being wrong but I had the order details as stated above which are very sufficient for authenticating the wrong product but the cust agent disagreed & after certain conversation he actually hung up my call. This cannot be acceptable after all I have heard about Naatol the service has been pathetic. Even after googling on the net I have found more than 50 cases where customers were cheated hence I have made it a point not shop from naaptol again & same has been percieved from friends & coloeagues. As of now I am drafting my complain to consumer code (http://ncdrc.nic.in/) & will make sure the same never happens again. On the basis of the negative feedback by the naaptol customer regarding the replacement I will not take the risk of sending the current product that I possess instead the the right product be given to me & they take back the wrong product. Having faith I had paid the money for the product but now I will not take any risk since the kind of service is really bad & naaptol has consistenly been accounted for such cheating. I had a good picture of this company but such occurences has actually brought out the real bad picture.
In just 50 minutes from posting this issue the post got 34 hits, this just goes to show how many victims there are who are facing such similar problems probably from Naaptol !!

I completely support this complaint. I hope Naaptol people are taught a good lesson for cheating people.
