Dear sir

I have taken the connection of IPTV ( broadband with tel no. 011 47350522) in the month oh may' 12. My services are barred on 9th June' 12. The reason they are providing that the balance left for my previous connection no. 011 47586782. But this was settled on 23rd jan'12 for which I have been provided the hologram Airtel receipt of full and final amount for the above said number. Now they are demanding the balance amount for resuming the services of the new connection.

For the previous number,without asking they themselves activate the services ( pc secuirity,video game, topoff time) and demand the payment for the same. I did the complaints so many times but was not rectified. Finally I decided to discontinue, but they are demanding first the payment against the undemanding services.

Now I want either they resume my services or refund the payment ( installation- 1750/- + 990/- Receipt number 1443146402).

So please look into the matter and do the needful.
