My laptop reached in a very damaged condition.Its totally damaged and not working anymore.Screen is cracked and sides of laptop is completely broken.My consignment no. is *13661461*.Whole parts of laptop is damaged inner as well as outer parts.
Complainant's Goal: i want money for repairement.

Yesterday received the couirier from DTDC.
my package arrived in adamaged condition. Screen of the laptop is broken.

Hi, Laptop and headset was totally damaged during the delivery and the delivery guy ran away without
i could see your revert on the sree ticket of shipment damage. We ensure and trust DTDC is one of the benchmark courier services and also trust the customers on genuine cases too.
Hence we didn't try to open the parcel in front of the delivery boy. I do not accept the blame which you have put forth on the receiver, I can substantiate you with the video from the point of delivery collected to open the parcel. I can also provide you with the entire day recording for your verification purpose too. I hope this will witness the trust on the product received in damaged condition from DTDC.
I believe you will realise on the document video sent which is true to the act and provide us the solution of compensation.
