Naaptol - My Best Expirnnce with Naaptol

I'm regular online shopper i had purchased so many products from online but compare to other online shopping I feel Naaptol is the best customer service.
I purchased silai machine from Naaptol to my mother.I had received it within a week but there is one defect I got it fully damage product but I saw its transit damage then I immediately i called up to customer care they inform me that you send back product for refund after that you will get refund amount within 21 working days that time I was confused but last I had sent it through Blue Dart courier which they provided me centralized account no. & I had sent it free to Mumbai for refund.
I got sms in 3 days that we have received your product & will get refund amount very soon & I got my money only 10 days.
I like this service & again I booked this product & its working i well condition.
It is one best experience with Naaptol.
I would like to thank lastly that Naaptol is the best Customer service..
