Indian Railways - money not reunded of failed transaction

Sir,

My name is Romit Srivastava. I have booked 1 ticket through irctc online booking on 06-08-2011 for a journey from cnb to ndls on 13-8-2011. I used Pnb bank Debit card for making payment. A total of Rs 224 was deducted from my account but the transaction was failed due to some issue with the connection. The reservation status is shown as not booked but the amount has been deducted from my account. When can i expect to get the refund ? Please help.
