NOT KNOWN - mobile phone theft

Respected sirs,

My in laws and two kids visited bangalore from 13/05/2014 to 20/05/2014. During the period they were staying in my relative's house (G2 404, Alpine eco apartment, Doddanekundi, K R Puram, Marathalli, Bangalore 37 . On 19/05/2014, while sitting in the lawn in the premises, mobile phone was found missing. The mobile phone is Samsung Gt S5270 and it's IMEI number is 35********2719/1. At the time of missing, BSNL prepaid sim card with number ********16 was in it and later i had taken a duplicate of it. Since, the mobile is connected to anti theft programmes, we got a message that it was used with another number ********80. I kindly request your goodself to enquire on this.

Two weeks left after my complaint but no information to me about the actions taken. Is this not the right place where I entered with my complaint ?

The above mentioned stolen phone is found used in different numbers 0********95 and 0********35 later.
