Hi,

I under signed Naveen Hegde, with the mob number ********43 (from Karnataka), applied for Mobile number portability from Vodafone to Idea(Post paid, corporate), though i got UPC, and the documents collected by the Idea executive, I have been told that the UPC is already registered with another operator. I dont understand and I am not getting any reply or a call from Idea guys regarding the same. I would like to cancel the process of MNP from Vodafone to Idea, as I feel that service is not up to my expectation.

If I the problem would have been addressed properly, then I would have thought to go for Idea, now I am in no where. totally confused with the service

Kindly let me know the process to cancel the same
