Idea cellular - Services stops even after submission of documents two times

My self Sunil Rathee , mobile no. 8975950480. I purchase Idea sim 7-8 months back and submit my passport copy as ID prooof and residence proof. After 5 months Idea stop the services due to documents unavailability . Again i submitted docs to Idea care and the services starts . After 2 months they again stops the services and demands for docs. I donts know how many times i have to submit the docs. When i talked to complaints handling person, they misbehaved and cut the phone without launching my complaint.
