I was assured that i WILL BE PROVIDED WITH CHARGER AS REPLACEMENT FREE OF COST WITHIN 10 DAYS BUT i AM YET TO RECEIVE THE CHARGER EVEN AFTGER 45 DAYS. i WAS TOLD TO CONTACT KRISHNA TRADERS BUT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER GIVEN BY CUSTOIMER SERVICE OF NAAPTOL IS GOING TO A WRONG NUMBER.

Complainant's Goal: i WANT TO HAVE THE CHARGER AS REPLACEMENT FREE OF CHARGE IMMEDIATELY.
