There are two MMTS ticket counters set up at Fathenagar station. But one counter will mostly be closed, not sure when that will be opened. Even in the peak hours (in the morning and evening) inspite of heavy rush, there will be only one counter to take the ticket. They covered the timings on the display board and when asked for the timings of the counter, they will tell their own timings. I kindly request the officials to take necessary action so that atleast the MMTS users gets benefited by opening the counter atleast in the Peak hours or remove those resources and use them in some other station where they are really needed. Atleast provide the ATVM machines so that we cannot struggle to take the ticket during peak hours.
