Indian Railways - Misbehaviour of train TTR

I travelled n Trivandrum- Chennai mail on 26th may 2010.The TTR who came to check the ticket was fully drunk and he was not even able to stand alone.His name is Baiju G.I hope this should not happen in trains as especially they are on duty.
