Hi, this incident happened today morning (1st june). My father and some people were standing in the tatkal queue for reservation. Some RPF people came there and instructed that before 6 a.m no queue had to be made for the ticket booking while they themselves got their people at the ticket counter before 6'o clock. When people raised questions for the same, they abused and thrashed them with bamboo sticks( lathi). When few people went to Superintendent to complain about this, he did nothing and RPF dragged them out and threatened them of conviction.

Some staff in ticket counters behaving very rude, as if they are doing some charity work, we are paying taxes for well maintenance of the services, through which they are getting paid, If u they don't respect their jobs , they have no right to be their insulting passenger, we people are keeping up with the increasing of your charges, like platform ticket from rupees 5 to 10, paying that to take the ticket which the person in counter through s at us as if we are begging for that, being a human being, educated respectable central govt. employee, we expect some decency from them. what if other states passengers or foreigners face this kind of problems, how embracing would that be, i feel shy to be one the citizen live with these twisted people who ruin the great country respects, The Country about which the whole world look up for being respectable.... SAD
