With due regards myself Rajesh Kumar Sharma with my wife Smt.Prabha Sharma went to SOMNATH YATRA from Delhi to AHMEDABAD through ASHRAM EXPRESS in third A/C on dt.13.03.13.On returning from AHMEDABAD on dated 20.03.13 when we were on our way at AHMEDABAD station, my purse lost anywhere on platform or anywhere at AHMEDABAD railway station. In which my and my wife’s original ID proofs, my driving license and approx..Rs.500-600/-were lost with purse. We had confirmed tickets for Ashram express in third A/C coach no.B-1,seat no.37 and 39.
In train on asking of TTE Mr.J.P.KHATI I shown him the confirmed tickets and told about the incident happened of losing ID proofs and money and requested him to help us in these circumstances. Also we told him that we have photocopies of our ID PROOFS in our bags and have no money with us. IN response he warned to get down from the train on next station and shouted angrily –we are used to hear such false stories every day, talked rudely and misbehaved with me and my wife and was compelling us to pay the penalty at any cost otherwise for the consequences. Even he was not ready to listen anything.
Then at last we arranged Rs.2700-of penalty from the other coach passengers and paid the penalty amount to him vide R.NO.D711172 DT.20.03.13.Scan copy of the same is attached herewith for your kind consideration.

You are requested to kindly take strong legal and departmental action against Mr.J.P.KHATI for his rudely talk and misbehave with passengers and refund me the penalty amount accordingly.
