Student - Misbehavior of Railway TTE Muradabad

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Shailendra Divedi, had booked 6 e-tickets and 1 manually booked ticket
for my grandmother (senior citizen) of dated aug 8, 2011 from lucknow
to ludhiana of ticket pnr no. 6161102416 and 6360875214 in train
amritsar exp (13049) and i was alloted a confirm seats in s1/16, S1/6,
S1/14, S1/8, S1/13, S1/24 AND one in S3/44 (senior citizen seat) at
the day of booking the tickets
sir we had got our seats in Lucknow and near shahjahanpur the train
TTE of S1 coach came to us with another TTE of other coach and they
first had started embarrassing ladies with us and when I and my dad oppose them, then they
had started misbehaving with us. I asked for complaint booklet then they
came to us with 2 more drunken railway police man and start again abusing us. They alloted some of our seats to other passenger
having waiting tickets and forcibly policemen without nameplate start
trying to get off us from the train. I noted that the TTE of our S1
coach having name plate moradabaad staff. when some other people get
into it then they any how let us sit in the train.

Respected sir, i have a full faith in dignity of law and I know government has some rules and regulations, which are applied to all, so why not on TTE's, so kindly look into the matter and reply us ASAP. So that in future we can maintain same faith in you. We had e-mailed on some of id's earlier, but there have been no revert yet. Kindly do something and make us feel obliged by your kind concern.
