Namaskar Sir, This complaint is against Station Master -Karan Singh(Jind City Railway Station) and his colleague Satyanarayana due to misbehavior with my wife and me. We had visited the station to ask general query regarding the Train-19718 with PNR-2124262065 because we have reservation for the same train.while asking about the status of the train they simply answered as how we know about the train status whether is coming through Jind or not coming. Follwing are the thing they did..... 1. We don't know about the train status. 2. You guys can call to railway helpline as ask them. 3. Why you came to station. 4. We will always answer like this. 5. Whatever you want you can done, we don't bother about compaint. Can you please let us know is such behaviour is ok as he belongs to railways staff(MR. Karan Singh-Station Master) Please help us.
