Indian Railways - "Misbehaved and ill treated by indian railway clerk"

Today(dated-16.05.12) when I went to ticket counter(Beta-1,Greater Noida) I asked for five forms for cancellation and reservation then the man at counter told me i will give you only two form then i told i have more than 4 reservation & one cancellation for different places of same person then again he told me that i will not give you then i told him why, then he started abusing and thrown water on me after that he came with security gaurd and threaten me i will not give you ticket, this is not your father ticket counter after that i filled reservation form and stood in counter line when my turn came on counter then again he told me i will not make your ticket and left the counter vacant, again i complained to security gaurd.He said it depend on his mood and he was not present at his counter and it was left vacant from 5:30PM to 6:20PM,at 5:30PM no any person was in line and he was free for book ticket but he didn't booked my ticket. After that i stood in another line and booked my ticket, until i was present at the next counter he(clerk) was not present. Because of these rude behaviours of clerks it disappoints passengers, also this is not the problem with me only this happens always.
I want to raise a complaint against clerk.
clerk Name:Manveer singh,Security Gaurd name:Rajendra singh,name of person may be wrong because of i asked from the person next to complainant.
I'm a student in Greater Noida and i m highly depressed because of his abusing and threaten. I will be highly thankful to you if u take this complaint and deal with the matter as soon as possible.

Today (24-12-2013) Morning I was there at
Utility Building 8th floor railway reservation booking counter. All people were waiting for
Tatkal booking at that time one of Railway booking clerk most probable a senior clerk was misbehaving public who were waiting for the tatkal ticket.The simple reason was she was booking tickets very slowly and public was unwilling to go to her and instead of that they were going to her colleague.Hence she sought at people.Please remove such booking clerk who does not know manners and not willing to server to public.
