My wife booked the E ticket in Tatkal from Katni to Kota for 2181 dayodaya exp on 16-11-2010 by mistaken she forgoton to bring the ID proofe and she accepted the mistake she was having Zerox but TTE didnot accepted and finally we agreed to fill the penalty,she was alone with the her 11 year son in 3rd AC-
TTE Mr Kulkarni Misbehaved her for the mistake,

Complainant's Goal: Sorry from the TTE,not to do misbehave with the passanger spessially with the fe
