Hi there,
My account got converted to 1 lakhs minimum balance account. I did not know about it.
2015th Jan end they changed as below –

SERVICE CHARGES FOR JAN 2015 = 500.00 rupees

And now, my account has gone negative with -899 Rs balance. When I asked them to close my account, I was asked to pay that amount. I paid that amount and later got to know that it is against the RBI rules to deduct the amount from the savings account for not maintaining the minimum balance,

Please let me know how can I get back that amount.
