I have complant regarding exces payment made to jal board Rs.330/= with proof & adjusted by manual but in latest bill this amount add on, when I talk with Mr. Javed-Meter Reader he again promised me that this amount will be adjusted in next bill but I am not sure.

I have complant regarding water meetar, which is not inspected from last 5 years by any person.

Every time I was found water supply bill on an average basis. May be some time it is happening but regularly by 5 years it's not possible.

Kindly sent someone who can check it, and regularised my bill as per actual consumption.

If there is any problem related to meeter than please replace it immediately.
