Dear sir,
my bsnl account no is 401282612 and my post paid connection is almost 8 years old.from three months i have given request to activate std facility on this number. after two and half month officer told me to deposit 2000 rs for activation of said facility.i have deposited the said amount before almost 15 days. no officer is replying my complaint and on customer care they are saying till they have not received any amount.this is nothing but mental harrashment by the officers of bsnl.no one is bother about customers and everytime they are behaving very rudely.no one is taking action against them,but actually i think no one can take action against them.this thing is really frustrating and though i know no action will be taken by your end also but as human being what i can do is \"attempt\".the telephone exchane is Radhanpur falls under Palanpur juridiction and HQ is Ahmedabad.Gujarat.
