Dear Sir,

I took the Cable TV connection from Manthan Digital,VIP Branch Kolkata.At the time of connection ,The Marketing people of Manthan Digital said that "You will get your required channel".After connection There is no such channel and Marketing people are not picking the call.Also they are suggesting to take other connection.Kindly suggest it is the right solution ?

Also some marketing people are providing wrong imformation to customer.

Please help.

Dear Sir,
Manthan digital should remove from kolkata,bcz of lazy worker.they are misbeheave the customer,not reponding properly.they want to sell their setup box only.........worst connection.
