Nokia India - Lumia720 No Replacement of faulty handset even when serviced 3 times at care

Steps taken for Resolution of Problems :
1) Factory Reset of my device
2) Hard reset as suggested by nokia care Executive.
3) Nokia care service details :
1) Job Sheet number 1: ********7/130803/45
2) Job Sheet number 2:********7/130817/42
3) Job Sheet number 3: ********7/130829/57 ( as on 10-sept-2013 )
4) The Service Request No.on Nokia care mail chains : 1-144********
5)Add of Care : Ram Super Market , Near Roshal Garden, Dhavde Wasti 411039, Pune, India

Problems with my handset:
1) Heating levels for my handset are very much above for a normal
smart phone when performed
a) 5 minutes duration of video call on Skype
b) Approx 7 minutes minutes of Internet Explorer browsing .
c) 20 minutes of voice call on my service provider network has
heated up my handset .
d) 20 minutes approx Media player operation ( Music ).
e) During Charging of battery
2) Flickering Issue (screen turned blurred ) and nothing could be
seen on the screen .
3) Restarting of the device .
4) Hanging of device.
5) The media player volume Issue
i.e If i start my player at volume 8 , and start playing media
it will continue to play at volume 8 even if i increase it to max
volume (30) or decrease it to min volume(0).
6) Internet Issue :
I have 3G full range network inspite of this Internet Explorer
displays error that my device is not connected to Internet
7) Battery Draining issue


I need a replacement of device,
The device is with Nokia care now and was sent to head office for replacement but now On enquiry over their care line
they have again sent it back with repairs and no replacement.
They have also misplaced my screen gaurd on my smartphone when it was sent to headoffice the last time .
I need a replaced device with a screen gaurd.

Hi Nokia India Team,
None of your representative turn up to contact me regarding my complaint.
Would appreciate if your team to which you forwarded the case as you suggested in your last comment , actually contacts me at the earliest since my handset is now at your care for 26 days and no replacement is been provided for my handset .
Looking forward for some postive response from your end and not mere text assurance here on this portal .
