It is with a great regret I am writing today(03.11.2013) after not getting any satisfactory answer/solution over below mentioned two Lumia Nokia phones 820 and 625, which are lying with you since 18.09.2013 and 11-09-2013 respectively.

S R No. 1-14********7 for lumia 625 35********52260
There are discrepancies in the reply provided by Jaipur end customer care, local NCC at Ahmedabad and Gujarat Region head. I had communicated since last 1.5 months through various communication channels (emails, voice chat, telephonic etc.) I have stored and recorded emails, voice transactions and chat. After not getting satisfactory reply from your end. I wanted the refund and compensation occurred due to loss in my business and work place, due to absence of the above mentioned two Lumia instruments. Please go through the below mentioned REFUND and COMPENSATION :
Lumia 820 cost Rs. 21000 ïƒ REFUND
Lumia 625 cost Rs. 19600 ïƒ REFUND
Mental Harrasment Rs. 24000 ïƒ CLAIM
Business Loss Rs. 65000 ïƒ CLAIM
TOTAL CLAIMS WITH REFUND Rs. 1,29,600 (Rupees one lakhs, twenty nine thousand and six hundred only)
Please kindly provide me the contact person name and place to whom I have sent a legal notice for the above mentioned claims. There is one head office located at Haryana and another Gujarat region office located at Ahmedabad. Also suggest the right place (Haryana or Ahmedabad) were I have to send the legal notice.
