I had purchased your Nokia Lumia 720, "powered with Windows 8". Everything ran fine for 4 months, but since last two month it’s just not behaving well. Restarts automatically, scrolling does not work, Display hangs, automatic dancing of screen and what not. At times it restarts during call receive, camera dose not start always.
I go to your Nokia care and all they do is make a hard reset and return back without my problem getting solved. Every time they hand over the phone, saying they have reinstalled the software. I have visited thrice. ********7/130820/64 is the latest job sheet number.
I had submitted the phone 3’rd time on Friday 21/9; the attendant said that they will have a deep look and will send this handset to company for warranty replacement/fixes. I got a call saying they have reinstalled the software and that I can collect the phone today. The first 2 times also they gave the same reason and returned phone on very next day. Is this how the grievances and phone complaints, after sales services looked by Nokia CARE? I make efforts to bring the issue to your notice and get slapped back the same issue.
Either my phone should be sent or it should get replaced it causing more troubles than help! I brought such a pricy phone for getting some help in my day to day work. But now it’s nothing but a burden and nightmare for me.
