I travelled by Duronto Express on 12th Nov 2010 from Pune to Nizamuddin. I had an extra luggage (household goods) that I booked in luggage van before 2 hours of journey. I was told that the goods would be loaded in the same train. But, when I reached Nizamuddin station, I found that the luggage van was not attached to the train and so the goods didnt get transported. There was no enquiry number provided on the red slip (bilty) and none of the railway officials were ready to answer for it. They just told that it will be delivered in the next train. It is still not delivered after 4 days in the next duronto express. Are the services provided to the passengers to increase there hardships or for there comfort ?
Please check.
