Indian Railways - Lost/Stolen my baggage in Indrayani Exp from pune to Dadar

Dear Sir,

I lost my baggage in Indrayani Express which runs between pune to dadar on 16th Dec. We had booking in D5/100-101 seat and ticket was reserved till dadar. According to people around, they are suspecting a big family sitting at our back has taken our baggage by mistake, but they are not sure. So we got down in Thane Station and met with Dy. Station Manager and RPF, but they didnt respond well and asked us to visit kalyan station. We went back to Kalyan and tried there, but they were unresponsive and rude too. Since we had called our relative who stays in Mumbai, he finally managed to note his address at the back of the book and told to call if he gets our baggage back. When we asked for the chart, he said us to visit victoria terminus station to get it.

We are completely clueless how to go about it. Please help us loacating that bag. My wife has her pan card and driving license in it. Pan card no is AETPN9158D and address mentioned in Driving license is my wife bhuj permanent address.

Please help.
