Indian Railways - Lost my luggage in train

Hi
This complaint is regrading my lost luggage.
I sent my lugggage by train on 13 february 2010 from Howrah,kolkata to yashwanthpur,Bangalore and till date i havent received it in Yashwanthpur,Bangalore.

I contacted concerned people in Bangalore as well as in Kolkata.

Please help me as there were my important documents in the luggage.

I, Mr. Saurabh Thakkar, was travelling by KONKANKANYA EXPRESS, Train no. 10112, on 16-12-2013. My PNR No: ********96. My berth and coach number is 47, B4. I got down at Thane at 5.30 am.
I have forgotten my camera. The details are as follows:
Type: DSLR
Model : Nikon D3200
Colour : Black
Other accessories in the bag: Camera charger. USB wire.

The worth of the total items lost is Rs. 40,000. In addition there are very important photographs also. So Please try your best to help me.

This complain is regarding my Lost luggage.I sent my Luggage on dated 31.07.2013 from Kathgodam(KGM) to Jamnagar(JAM) and till date I havent received it in Jamnagar(JAM)I contacted concerned people in Jamnagar but till now i not received my Luggage.
