Indian Railways - Local Train Ticket counter to be increased

Dear sir,

We are traveling chennai local Train frequently we have spent much time to get ticket from the counter Traveling time is 10 to 15 minutes only but we spend to by ticket 30 minutes so we request you to take necessary action to solve this issue.
