Hello , unfortunately I have bought Kent RO GRAND Plus (Serial Number: KR111000927) on k the name of Srinivasan (Contact detail: ********95).
In a one year span I had made so many complains for service due to poor quality of your technical staff and this is such a useless product. After buy of six month Membrane and filter has been chocked but it has been changed by kent because our product in service time limit.

Within two years , the product failed so many times. Within one year after warranty , i already spen around 8000 for servicing. Every three to four months UV lamp and membran congs off.

After last got it serviced in the month of october'12 , it again failed now. As usaal i called the kent service reresentative. within five minutes of checking , service technicain declared that the Motor , UV lamp , membrane is defective. He estimated me around 6000/- . I have already spent more than the product cost in the last 2.5 years of usage.

How come the company makes such a substandard product whoch fails every three to four months. This is ridiculous.

Companies like this are taking the customers afor a ride with poor qulaity and substandard product. I have recommneded to all frineds around and in my club that not to use this brand.

I refused for the estimate this time as it is kind of cheating by selling sub standard products.

Appeal to all who reads is that , blacklist these kind of brands and is hall be going to cosnumer court .
