Hi, I have been regular online shopper. I have recently booked product through Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt Ltd.
I had ordered Desire Slicer & Dicer + Mini Silai Machine Combo at just 1999/- the same
i had gifted to my Mom.

Quality of the Dice & slicer was excellent, but the mini silai machine received was defective & i immediately called the Naaptol customer care & informed them about the defect.

They asked to send back the product & will give partial refund or replacement withing 15 days the against the mini silai machine.

I opted for partial refund & the amount was credited to my card account in 7 working days.

This is what is the most important part.......Custome r Satisfaction....
