Eastern Railway - Keep train waiting in Howrah outer

Most of the time keep waiting train more than an hour in Howrah station outer, even applicable for late trains eg train no 22388 most of the time, today happened with 12372 ,train reached outer 11 pm but till now we are not see the platform. Please take steps against

I think a medical shop and a general doctor for every passenger who's needs.
We are waiting at Sealdah station from 2.0 a.m in night for Sealdah new Delhi Duranto . We come here after enquiry about ETA, but still train is not reached to station. we waited for more than 100 minutes in station. After enquiry again in Sealdah station, they saying train is in Dankuni. How long it take time to arrive 20 km distance by a express train. The system become very pathetic.
