This is to report that Era sold about 700 flats in the year 2006-07 in Faridabad, intially it was to come up in another sector but later they changed the site location to sector 78 without informing or taking clearance from its customers. after allotment they gradually started work but within a couple of months the whole site came to a grinding halt and since then was in that state till about six-eight months when they again started work. It came to our notce during this time that the land shown in their brouchre as central park is not actually in thier possession, also they have never even tried to buy it from the actuall owner of that land (which is approx 4 acres) our repeated attempts at clearing this issue and the issue of non deliverance of the apartment on scheduled time, have fallen on deaf ears of admant and callous Era manegement.

As I said earlier, this is a completely fraud group, we need to file a consumer case against them. Now is the right time, pls think over it, I guarantee that we will all get due justice only through the court. Talking to Era is just time waste.
My experience with Era is most frustrating, its good that some people have taken up this challenge to Era. totally support all charges that have been levied against Era. Era has no professional ethics, everytime i have called or gone to meet them they have only told me a story, nothing concrete has ever taken place. In todays dynamic environment I think Era should have known that people will not allow it to so easily fool everyone. I am already a member of this group And I have complained about this fraud to the honourable President of India aswell.
I too am a victim of Era Landmark\'s fraudulent methods.
They launched this projecgt in 2006 & promised to give possession in August 2009.
But now they are saying they will deliver in 2012.
They keep sending demand letters but the work at site is still less than 50% complete.
The company took their brokers and staff for a trip to Thailand - apparently a treat to fool customers by selling false commitments and making money on that.
It\'s high time the consumer group took some action against ERA Landmarks and deliver compensation to its customers for misusing our hard earned money since last 4 years.
I support this complaint. as i am too one of the customer to whom they have just sold lie after lie and to this very day have not given anything concrete. This is one big cheater company. I will advise everyone to check this companies credentials before buying any property developed by them.

Dont know if any one who invested in Era got duped as much we did...after spending very highly in Redwood residency project, and by interacting with the customer care department (Feel Like Slapping them when they talk) who dont know abc of anything what the company is doing, whats going on in a certain project, what is the procedure of any bloody thing to be done...feels like they recruit withiut even interviews ...Era has a bschool too on fbad and they guarantee a placement on admission ...now I know how why they do so. About the project lota of things have been said already..and with the kind of investment we did, we could have earned simple bank interest of about 20 lacs in 4 years time doing nothing ...for which we are offered nuts in the market..since 1 year the market has seen a considerable growth but not enough to even fetch us a descent bank interest with era...Hope things get better...BUT my advise is for all investors that pull up your socks and get prepared for a battle with the company to complete project fast and give us a descent compensation for the delay more than they have mentioned in the agreement for falsly claiming project site, map, details, and the kind of behaviour we have got from their customer care....
