I have written to you several times, raising my concerns over a period of one year and in this time you have never even acknowledged any one of them. Instead of answering them straight away to remove my doubts you have conviniently blocked my Email Id so that I can\'t write to you.
In these four years I have tried to talk to all senior people of the company, even written almost ten times to the chairman of the company for an appointment to discuss our concerns and grievances, but in vain. Era has shown no regard in replying to anyone of our concerns. As if our concerns and we don\'t exist for Era group and we only come to life when the installment demand gets generated. In four years of our experience with Era, Era has not even once written a formal mail to any customer briefing them of why the delay is taking place in construction activity nor have they had the decency to reply if we as customers raise this issue.
To protect our rights as customers of Era groups project in Redwood Residency we have formed a group and our members have been increasing steadily. all, sixty members have decided to approach Era group and get Era group to agree on fulfilling its promises.
