I am traveller from ranchi to patna in Jan Shatabdi holding PNR No. 645-9457549, train No. 12366 dated 9th August 2011.
The practice of vedor inside the coaches (C2) is not allowed by the railway rules still vendors like BEGGAR, TEA, SHOE POLISH, CHIPS, SAMOSA and even GUTKHA keep shouting at thier top of the voices. After complaining to the Ticket Checker nothing happens and he claims that the conducter takes money and allows all hawkers to enter the train. I asked for the in train complaint register but was denined my right. This was done by on duty personnel Mr. S K Ganguly, Their was a lady ticket checker with him too. Both of them denied me the complaint register.
I would like a return response on the above. Since when has Indian railways started allowing vendors inside the train to sell things without permitt. Their is scam going on where people are charged for tickets and vendor travel the sector without ticket and by paying to the government railway officials.
Kindly resonde otherwise it will be escalated to higer authority by PRESS
