my whole family is diehard fans of nokia sets and i had bought nokia 7210c make on 07april 2009 from GN superbazar nokia outlet located in shillong .

along with its warranty paper and they have told me that it is a hardware problem which happens sometimes and it will take 40 days to rectify.now i am working mother of a young school going child and it is very difficult for me to work without mobile for such a long time and moreover they have not issued me any inlieu working mobile set till my phone is repaired.hence i request you to expedite this problem and do the needful as quickly as posible. thanking you . gunjan singh
