Hello,
Yesterday my parents were travelling from Indore to bilaspur.
They were in the train now.
Today morning when they wake up they found that their luggage was not there.
some body has taken their luggage.
We have some valuable entities there in that suitcase including my sister's academic certificates.
Now when my father reported it the the ticket collector and thge RPF they didn't respond it well and behave such,that this is our fault.
My parents were travelling in the sleeper class where i think the security must be tight.
