I HAD ORDERED FOR A MONO BOOK SHELF ON 26TH FEB. AND WAS PROMISED DELIVERY WITHIN A WEEK. BUT TILL DATE HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE SAME. TO TOP UP TO OUR HARRASSMENT, THERE WAS NO PROMPT ACTION TAKEN INSPITE OF OUR PERSISTENT REMINDERS....VARIOUS NOS. WERE GIVEN TO US, NO ONE WOULD ANSWER US IN A PROPER MANNER, JUST MAKE FALSE PROMISES. FINALLY WE WENT TO BB TODAY TO GET OUR MONEY REFUNDED, BUT THE WAY THE STAFF AT THE FURNITURE COUNTER BEHAVED WAS UNBELEIVABLE. LEAVE ASIDE ADMITTING THEIR MISTAKE, THIS SALES GIRL SPOKE IN SUCH A MANNER AS THOUGH SHE WAS DOING A FAVOUR TO US BY GIVING US OUR REFUND. AFTER A LOT OF ARGUMENTS AND WAITING. WHAT WE RECEIVED WAS RS. 6000, WHERE AS THE PRODUCT WAS WORTH RS. 8000, SAYING THAT THE REST OF THE MONEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED, COZ WE HAD MADE PAYMENT VIDE EXCHANGE COUPONS WORTH 2000/-. HENCE WE WERE GIVEN EXCHANGE COUPOONS WORTH 2000 WHICH NOT ONLY NEEDED TO BE REDEEMED TOMORROW ITSELF BUT ALSO. IF WE HAD TO USE THOSE COUPONS, WE WOULD HAVE TO SPEND 6000 RS. ONCE AGAIN, WHICH DID NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. COZ IT WAS LIKE FORCING US TO MAKE A PURCHASE AGAIN.
MY COMPLAINTS ARE:
A) IN ABLITITY TO DELIVER THE GOODS ON THE PROMISED TIME
B) IRRESPONSIBLE RESPONSE ON THE PHONE AND ALSO IN PERSON
C) HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT OF STAFF
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. I WOULD'NT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO MAKE APURCHASE FROM BIG BAZAAR.
