Indian Railways - Irresponsible and rude staff at ticket booking counter

It is to launch a formal complaint against a female staff at the ticket booking counter at Meerut station.

The staff was very rude and irresponsible. My family wanted to book a ticket from New Delhi to Nanded and return.
1) Firstly she said on one form she will book one ticket only, when said it was for a family she said a family comprises of only 4 members.
Who is she to adjudge that if the family comprises one 4 or more members. I am proud to say that we have a joint family and we all stay together.
2) secondly when requested to book the tickets on 2 forms that also she refused and she very rude with my brother, my sister in law as well as with my mother, who is senior citizen.
3) Not just my family rather who ever was in that queue faced the same arrogance at the hands.
4) she is government employee, she is there to serve the people and solve their issues and needs, not to make the things complicated and she is not paid to be rude and arrogant to the people coming for the bookings.
5) Such behaviour is very unacceptable, specially from a women, I understand how important customer service is. These kind of people are are a black mark on government department, such people should not be left unattended to hence I decided to launch the complaint, I request you to give her a warning and please train your staff to be polite and just.
