Indian Railways - IRCTC Website not working.

I have been facing difficulties every time I login to book tickets online.
It takes almost an hour to just book 1 ticket.
But since yesterday, the site is not loading at all!
It says 'Service Unavailable' since yesterday whole day and even today.
What is happening in India?
Complainant's Goal: Create awareness with Indian Railways regarding difficulties people are facing.

I need to cancel my online booking but the site ( irctc.co.in)is not working since yesterday
if i make any loss for this who will be responsible for that
I think the indian programmers are working like indian railway. The railway server is worling like indian trains. Indian railway don´t know how to maintain and manage online facility. I think they should learn from other countries but unfortunately the programmers cann´t modify or adjust the copied software. They also work like their salary in indian railway. While we get the message "service Unavailable" they will be drinking their tea or try to make money.
I hope you understand what I mean.
