I am Sujithra R and i am holding credit card with Citibank No : 43********549815. For the past 2 months my information's related to my Citibank account and credit account like balance ,due amount,paid amount ,so on,.... are passing to wrong persons from your Citibank customer care department and other departments.Because of this i am feeling very insecure and worried. Please take necessary actions to avoid the same. I am the one and only account holder and all the information's related to my bank account should be know to me only and not anyone else. Please make sure from your Citibank department to make all the calls related to my account and credit card only to me and not anyone else. If still i am facing the same issue again i will definitely take very serious actions against your bank. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
