Dear sir/ Madam
Greetings for this day.

This is for your kind pursal, I booked a ticket from Bhubneshwar to Delhi with your airlines Flight no.INDIGO 6E -258, PNR UHZITH for my father, Mr. Pardeep Kumar. He missed his flight which was schedule to take off at 6:45pm today. The reason was bad weather and he was in another state and some how, he managed to reach at 6:25pm. He made request to person concern for issuing boarding pass but he bluntly refused to issue. This was really very much troublesome for my father and now he could not be able to take up his next train from Delhi. In such circumstances, he bought a new ticket for Delhi at 2100 hrs PNR-MDCCNQ FLIGHT 6E-867(Rs.3804) Another financial burden for us. A little help from your side could reduce this trouble and mental distress. Â
With great disappointment, I am writing this mail to you and requesting you to value your customer. As it is a financial burden for me which means a lot to me, I request you to refund my air ticket compensation as soon as possible.
