I had booked an e-ticket from Secunderabad to Bangalore for 4th of January 2011 in Rajdhani Express.
Unfortunately on travelling day train was running late for more than 7hrs, so I cancelled my trip & opted to travel via road.
Since that chart was already prepared I raised TDR on 5th Jan 2011 (within the time limit which is, 24 hrs after the arrival of the train.) but the amount is still not refunded to my account.
I am pated the screen shot of the canceled ticket, for reference.

I support this complaint. we have also not yet received our ticket refund amount for rs 4653 vide pnr no ********92 cancelled on 15.03.2011 train no 12331 from howrah to jammu of A/C II PLEASE HELP US
