Dear Sir,

I had filed a TDR for PNR ********22 on 08-05-2010 on account of the train being more than 12 hrs delayed. The website shows approval by Admin but doesnot show the refund amount nor the status of payment. After more than 6 months the refund has not been granted. you are requested to look into the matter and urgently process it.
