I have been to Gorakhpur Chavani Railway Station at 7:30 AM to book a Tatkal Ticket, while entering the premises the parking person was not avialable at the parking and when I came back he asked for Money and as he dnt provide me any parking receipt while entering the premises I paid him the desired parking charges however went to Station Master on duty at 8:15 AM (Name not disclosed by Station Master on Duty, he dnt even had a Batch on his Uniform) to file a complain stating the same that as per the Parking Norms he should provide the Receipt in advance so that in case of any mishappaening he becomes responsible for my Vehicle, Station Master rather providing me the Complaint book he asked me to walk out of his office and when I told him I may complain the same to higher Railway authorities, he called the parking person who came along with 4 other person and started threatining me if you file a complaint on this we shall file an FIR on you & get you arrested stating you were trying to steal vehicle from parking, which made me uncomfortable and Station Master was totally favoring them as they were sharing very close relation later I got to understand from other people around that the Parking person takes care of his daily needs of Tea and Snacks which sounded strange to me. Request your immediate intervention on same and kindly take appropriate action against both the parties (Station Master & Parking Person).

Good afternoon sir. We are going to secunderabad by trains which runs from bhodhan to medchal. We reached medchal at 12pm and then we were waiting for link train. We have been waiting for almost one hour there was a train names medchal-guntoor it departure time was at 12.40 pm but its not moving. Then we went to station master asked about the status then he was very rude and he is telling that we have rules and regulations go to anywhare complaint to anyone. And we asked him why you are maintaing the time table. He was very rude and he is almost very close to retirement. Then what to do sir

We have asked for ticket of lucknow from tilhar railway station. The station master told that he Will give the ticket after the arrival of train. The booking clerk comes at 10 o clock . I have asked for complaint book.he said he has no complaint book . Complaint online .for writing in a complaint book needs a ticket . U have no ticket

Dear sir.
Today I have been to Kolkata ahmedabad railway with my family along with my mom. When i entered the Kolkata station premises I asked to station master for providing a wheel chair. He told me I cannot provide the wheel chair since there was no person but he told me if I pay rs. 500 he will arrange the same but not give any money receipt. I disagree that illegal proposal. Then he said me he could not do anything. My mother is 67 years old and she is a patient of high blood sugar, diabeties , thyroid, arthritis and other various disease.
Please take this very sympathetically.

I support this complaint. the same above mention matter was happen with me at Rajkot railway junction on 2nd April i was there to live my guest on early morning 5oclock intercity train while are parked my car there were no parking person there after i took a plat form and was peeping out at parking so that ican find them but there were no one after living the train i get in to my car and start the car and was ready to get out of railway gate the parking person came and asking for 20Rs and giving me the slip i told him that i will not pay you because you were not there up till now thr person called his another partner and they wer looking like gunda and mavalis the started torchering me and challenging me watever you want to do you can... and started speaking rudly and in the bad words so i ru inside the railway station to complain the police but the police all on the station were on the security of the train and some one were on duty of the runnnig train but from one policeman i came to know about the railway police station i went there it was at the end of railway staion the police men were sleeping but was listing my complain he asked me to call both of them i went again at my car parked and called them at police station they came there police man asked them about name of the traffic police who is on duty but after asking three to four name he come to know that there were no traffic police on the duty so police man asked both of them to live me and was behaving with them as if they were there relatives after comming out of the police station the two parking person torchered me and bravely tell me that you can do nothing us {in hindi to mera kuch nahi ukhad sakta}. and was
