DEAR SIR.,
AM DR.PREM FROM ERODE. THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLES INCLUDING OLD AGED,HANDICAPPED PERSONS TRAVELLING IN TRAINS . THOSE PEOPLE NEED WHEEL CHAIRS & LIFT FACILITIES TO GET DOWN IN THE REQUIRED PLATFORMS WHERE THEIR TRAIN DEPARTS....I NOTICED THAT THERE IS NO WHEEL CHAIRS & NO LIFTS ARE WORKING IN ERODE(ED) JUNCTION,TAMILNADU,INDIA FOR OLD AGED PERSONS & HANDICAPPED PERSONS. THEY SAID THAT LIFT WAS NOT WORKING FOR PAST 2 YRS....OLD AGED PERSONS,HANDICAPPED & PERSONS WHO UNDERGONE SURGERY ARE REALLY SUFFERING DUE TO THIS DISCOMFORT....SO I KINDLY REQUEST YOU SIR TO TAKE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I support this complaint. My husband is Orthopatically Handicapped Person, We & some other people those who cannot cross the Platform without using Lift , Wheelchair, they are need this facility. Can u arrange Battery car service for those people, it will very help of them? Kindly arrange to do the needful for Diabled Persons.
