i travelled by first class from to rajkot to bulsar by saurashtra express on 21st dec and found that sits were dirty and old compartment with no locks on the door and they did not provide blanket etc in the night.in 2nd and 3rd a/c they are providing blankets etc.here fare is more but balnkets are not provided.please reply.
