Sir,
We had booked e-ticket from Delhi to Jodhpur dt. 13.05.2010 in Malani Express TRAIN NO.4059. We had 2 e- tickets with PNR No.2306072131 & 2106097603 out of which one had only one passenger who was a child of 10 years. The TT demanded us to show a photo id proof of that 10 year old child.It is well understood that a 10 year old child do not have any photo id proof i.e. Driving License,Election Card or Pan Card. We had shown him photo id proof of the Father (RAJENDRA JHANWAR) of that child to the TT who was also there travelling with us. Instead of Co-operating with us the TT has taken him as WITHOUT TICKET and made a new ticket with penalty. We would also mention that the TT misbehaved with us. The TT name is V.K.TIWARI and his no. is TNCR/JP and the Penalty Receipt No. is C 023458

Thus We have been charged for that particular ticket twice. we request you to please refund us the amount charged by us as penalty and ticket.We claim Rs. 717/- of Ticket and Rs.250/- further taken by us as penalty TOTAL Rs.967/-.
