We have booked the ticket from LTT (Lokmanya Tilak Terminal) to burhanpur dated 17-May-2010 under wait list online via IRCTC.co.in.

We have travelled on that ticket. At burhanpur station, TC had fined us giving reason that Wait list ticket is not considered. We have also not recieved the refund from IRCTC too.

Hence we request you to get us refund and also compensation for the harassment and rude behaviour received to elderly people and females by TC at Burhanpur station.

Please guide us how to take it forward.
