Indane Gas - Indane gas consumer number

Hi,
I got a new connection domestic gas customer card. However, the booklet does not have a consumer number. Could I please get it since I am unable to make any gas booking and I have not been able to get that information from the gas agency folks.

Sir,
Im a new customer of Indane gas. I had applied for new connection at Sri Sai Balaji gar agency at Prakash nagar,Begumpet,Hyderabad. after 3 months recently I recieved confirmed of new connection letter from you. Then I went to Sri Sail Balaji gas agency for avail new connection. The person name is Mr Srinivas was said you need to purchese new gas stove with us until we wont give new connection to you. I was shocked..then i asked him you did not mentiond in the intimatted latter. He said roodly we wont give new connetction untill you buy gas stove from us. End of the day I purchesd new gas stove with them. They charged me Rs 3700/-.
IS IT COMPULSERY TO BUY A NEW GAS STOVE FROM THEM?
IF YES PLEASE MENTION IN THE INTMATION LATTER. Then poor people can prepaird mentally.
